JOB READINESS
One of the best ways to help our neighbors create full and healthy lives for themselves is through jobs! As important as this is, navigating the job market can be difficult and discouraging if you don't have the skills or support needed. Our Job Readiness Program is designed to assist individuals with entering the workforce through classroom style learning and one-on-one support! We want to help you overcome any obstacles in your way to a sustainable life!

Our Job Readiness Class is for individuals who are serious about improving their situation for the long term! In this 8-10 week workshop we will give you the skills you need to shine in job market and find a job that is right for you! Sometimes that means working on applications or taking a trip to the Workforce. Other times it means just praying and encouraging each other. Regardless, you can be assured that you will be given the skills you need to succeed! Some of the things you will learn in our class are:
- resume writing
- interview skills
- finding the right job for your skillset

one-on-one
Maybe you're almost job ready but you need some help with getting your I.D. or filling out a job application. We're here to help! We offer one-one-one job mentoring to help you with whatever your job readiness needs are! We help with needs like:
- I.D.s
- Registering for GED classes
- Job searching
- Resume updating
When: Mondays and Fridays *Appointments are strongly preferred!
